RASPBERRY or STRAWBERRY MOUSSE PIE;… BANANA SPLIT, WHITE CHOCOLATE AMARETTO, or WHITE CHOCOLATE CHERRY!
Using packet 1 from either Raspberry Ice Sorbet, Strawberries & Cream, or Banana Split Wind & Willow Cheeseball mix: Mix with an 8-oz block of cream cheese until smooth. Measure 1 cup out of a carton of whipped topping and stir into the mixture.

Smooth into a graham cracker, chocolate or shortbread pie crust.  (We like the chocolate crust best with these.) Top with additional whipped topping. (Contents of packet 2 may be used as garnish if desired.) Chill at least 1 hour.  Optional: It is also very pretty to drizzle chocolate syrup over each slice and onto the individual serving plate…and, for the Banana Split, of course, a maraschino cherry on top.  You might even try banana slices or well-drained crushed pineapple spread on the crust before filling it with the mixture.  Cherry pie filling is also excellent over the White Chocolate Cherry.

KEY LIME or LEMON MOUSSE PIE…and MANGO TANGO!
Using packet 1 from either Key Lime Pie, Lemon Cheesecake, or Mango Tango Wind & Willow Cheeseball mix: Mix with an 8-oz block of cream cheese until smooth. Measure 1 cup out of a carton of whipped topping and stir into the mixture.

Smooth into a graham cracker or shortbread pie crust. Top with additional whipped topping. (Contents of packet 2 may be used as garnish if desired.) Chill at least 1 hour.  Optional: For the Key Lime or Lemon Mousse Pie, to make an even sharper taste, try adding ½ tsp of grated lime or lemon peel into the mixture. It is also very pretty to wedge a thin slice of either into the top of each individual slice.  The Mango Tango is nice served with a fresh pineapple slice halved on either side of the pie slice and/or banana slices or well-drained crushed pineapple spread on the crust before filling it with the mixture, then toasted coconut sprinkled over the entire plate…OR for a REAL TASTE TREAT, try our DOWN ON MAIN STREET Candied Jalapenos over the top of this cheesecake!

CARAMEL APPLE, PUMPKIN, CARROT CAKE and ORANGE SPICE MOUSSE PIE
Using packet 1 from either Caramel Apple, Pumpkin Pie or Carrot Cake Wind & Willow Cheeseball mix: Mix with an 8-oz block of cream cheese until smooth. Measure 1 cup out of a carton of whipped topping and stir into the mixture.

Smooth into a graham cracker pie crust. Top with additional whipped topping. (Contents of packet 2 may be used as garnish if desired.) Chill at least 1 hour.  Optional: We like to add 1/3 cup of walnuts or pecans into the pie mixtures. It is also very pretty to drizzle caramel syrup over each slice and onto the individual serving plate.

COCONUT CREAM PIE or PEACH COBBLER MOUSSE PIE
Using packet 1 from either Coconut Cream Pie or Old-Fashioned Peach Cobbler Wind & Willow Cheeseball mix: Mix with an 8-oz block of cream cheese until smooth. Measure 1 cup out of a carton of whipped topping and stir into the mixture.

Smooth into a graham cracker or shortbread pie crust. Top with additional whipped topping. (Contents of packet 2 may be used as garnish if desired.) Chill at least 1 hour.  Optional:  It is also very pretty to drizzle caramel syrup over each slice and onto the individual serving plate.  Toasted coconut is an elegant touch sprinkled over the coconut pie slice as are fresh sliced peaches placed around the peach pie slice.

Spinach-artichoke hot dip
Using packets 1 and 2 from Spinach-Artichoke Wind & Willow Cheeseball mix, stir together the following ingredients until smooth:
    8-oz block of cream cheese
    ½ stick (¼ cup) butter
    ¼ cup sour cream
    4 tbsp milk
Heat on top of stove, stirring constantly until smooth.  Optional: For a spectacular presentation, scoop out the center of a small round loaf of bread and reserve the bread pieces. Fill the scooped-out area with the hot mixture and use the reserved bread pieces for dipping.

OTHER IDEAS for the VEGETABLE CHEESEBALLS:
Any of the vegetable cheeseballs served cold are pretty served inside of scooped-out vegetables such peppers or purple cabbage.

The Spinach-Artichoke, Garlic & Herb, Tuscan Olive or Tomato Pesto cheeseballs also are great served as a warm pasta dish by simply following the recipe for the Spinach-Artichoke Hot Dip, but INCREASE THE 4 TBSP OF MILK TO ½ CUP OF MILKPour over 4 cups of cooked mostaccioli noodles with 2 cups of cooked, bite-size chicken on top of the noodles. Stir just enough to coat chicken and noodles.  (If desired, add optional ¾ cup diced tomatoes drained and/or ¾ cup artichoke hearts diced and drained.)

SOME TASTY IDEAS FOR ADDITIONS TO DIFFERENT SOUPS WHICH HAVE BEEN TRIED BY US AND/OR SOME OF OUR CUSTOMERS

SHEILA'S GOURMET SOUPS

Cheddar Broccoli
:  Try adding chopped broccoli and/or cauliflower to this one.

Creamy Potato:  Great with bits of browned bacon or slices of a link sausage such as knackwurst, etc.

White Cheddar Asparagus:  Delicious and also very elegant to place long-stemmed asparagus in the bottom of individual, large, shallow soup bowls and then pour this soup over it.

White Cheddar Potato:  This one is great with the addition of small pieces of ham.

Enchilada con Queso:  This great new soup is wonderfully spicy and is so rich and thick, you can also use it for a hot cheese dip with tortilla chips.

SECRET GARDEN SOUPS

Beer Cheese Soup:  This can also be made with club soda or ginger ale instead of beer!

Corn Tortilla Soup:  We add a can of boneless chicken to this when we sample it in our shop. When we serve it at home, we like to also use individual, shallow serving bowls, crunch up tortilla chips on the top,  and then sprinkle cheddar cheese over it all.  It makes a very pretty presentation this way.

Meat Marinade
Don't throw that juice away!! It is quite possibly the best marinade you will ever find. Just use the juice to marinate beef, chicken, pork, or fish. Marinate overnight for best results. (This adds a really unique "slightly sweet" at first with just the right heat afterwards taste.
